The Iranian Mission to the United Nations announced the cancellation of a planned video address by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi at the International Nuclear Policy Conference organized by the U.S.-based Carnegie Endowment.
According to the mission, the cancellation came as a result of the organizer’s decision to shift the format from a solo speech to a debate. The Iranian delegation expressed regret over the change and confirmed that the full text of Araghchi’s prepared remarks would be published at an appropriate time.
